<p class="MsoNormal">2 ½ gallons catsup</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">6 c. tomato sauce</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1 qt. white vinegar</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">6 c. unsulphured molasses</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2 lbs. brown sugar</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3 c. Worcestershire sauce</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2 c. liquid smoke</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1 c. <st1:state w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Louisiana</st1:place></st1:state>
hot sauce</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">½ c. salt</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">1 gallon water</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">10 oz. Cookshack Spicy Barbecue Sauce Mix</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Mix all ingredients. Bring to 190°F and simmer 10 minutes.</p>

   			<ul><li>2 lbs. lean ground beef</li><li>2 c. tomato juice</li><li>2 c. water</li><li>1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans</li><li>1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans</li><li>1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies</li><li>2/3 c. Cookshack Chili Mix</li></ul>
<p>Brown meat, stirring frequently. Add other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Adjust chilies to taste. </p>
<div><strong>Variations</strong></div>
<div>Double the beans and omit the meat for great Chili Beans.</div>
<div>Substitute black beans for the pinto or kidney beans.</div>
<div>Toss in a can of diced tomatoes.</div>
