</span>
<ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5 15 oz. cans Van Camps Pork &amp; Beans (Partially drained)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1 T. mustard</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1 T. Worcestershire sauce</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1 T. minced onions</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">¾ c. brown sugar</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">¾ c. Cookshack Spicy Barbecue Sauce</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">2-3 slices bacon</span></li></ul>
<span style="font-size: 10pt;">Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except for
the bacon in a baking pan or dish. Lay the bacon strips on the top of
the beans and place in the oven. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes, serve.<p><span style=""><span style="">&nbsp;</span></span></p></span>

   			<ul><li>4 - 6 links of hot Italian sausage</li><li>Red Beans (cooked)</li></ul>
For Mop<br />
<ul><li>1 part orange marmalade</li><li>1 part pineapple preserves, preferably Smuckers </li></ul>
Smoke sausage for 2 - 4 hours over blend of hickory and apple wood.
Check for doneness. Mop with orange marmalade and pineapple preserves
mixture every half hour.<br />
<br />
Lay a bed of rice in a bowl. Cover with red beans. Top with sliced sausages and a dash of Red Devil Hot Sauce.<br />

<li>3 large cans of Vegetarian Baked Beans</li>
<li>1 18 oz bottle of Cookshack Spicy Barbecue Sauce</li>
<li>1 whole white onion (chopped)</li>
</ul>
<p>Combine all ingredients in an aluminum pan.</p>

<p>Smoke-cook at 225ºF for 3 hours with 2 to 3 ounces of hickory wood. If you're smoking your beans with ribs, chicken or pork chops then make it 3 ounces of wood. All meats but the chicken can be placed above the pan of beans. <li>4 pounds dried white beans, soaked overnight</li>
<li>4 ham hocks</li>
<li>2 bottles Guinness Stout</li>
<li>2 large garlic cloves</li>
<li>1 pound brown sugar</li>
<li>2½ cups molasses</li>
<li>2½ cups tomato puree</li>
<li>¾ cup cider vinegar</li>
<li> 2 Tablespoons Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub</li>
<li>2 Tablespoons red crushed chilies</li>
<li>2 Tablespoons toasted coriander</li>
<li>5 Granny Smith apples, diced</li>
<li>10 bacon strips</li>
</ul>
<p>Soak beans overnight. Boil with 1 bottle Guinness and 4 hocks. Watch the water level add more if it falls below the level of the beans. Boil until some of beans are just starting to break up. Pour off liquid until ¾ level of beans.</p>

<p>Clean and dice hocks and add with remaining ingredients. Place bacon on top of beans. Bake at 250F for 5 hours and uncover. Raise temperature to 350F and continue to bake, stirring every 10 minutes for 30 to 40 minutes.</p>

<p>Place in hotel pan and smoke with hickory for 3 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. If beans are dry add tomato juice to desired consistency.</p>]]></description><guid>http://cookshack.publishpath.com/evil-barts-fire-smoked-beans</guid></item></channel></rss>
